We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize all areas, including restrooms, break rooms, and workspaces
- Empty trash and recycle bins, and dispose of waste according to company policies and procedures
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, carpets, and furniture
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks, such as changing light bulbs and restocking supplies
- Follow established safety protocols and use proper cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to management

Requirements:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning & holiday lets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina 
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Mobile Cleaner

The day will start at 9am and will involve you driving to 2 or 3 cottages with an experienced cleaner. Upon arrival  you will be changing linen, cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens and living areas to a 5\* standard. Everything you need will be provided. 

Our regular team member will guide you along the process. You will work together until around 3.30pm.

You will have a fantastic fun time for the day, but it is physically demanding, so you will not need to go to the gym that day. 

Ideally, you will have some cleaning experince in a similar field, however, most important is an eye for detail and the desire to prepare the cottage to a WOW! factor standard.

 HCD Cleaning is an exciting developing and rapidly

Our SET-Method (‘Spotless Every Time’) is revolutionising the cleaning industry
especially in our two biggest markets; short-term holiday let changeovers and commercial
cleaning. The SET-Method provides our holiday let customers with a unique top
class service ensuring excellent reviews, it also ensures our commercial

  We currently have 45 ‘Cleaning Technicians’ who are
supported by a small but highly experienced management and office team.

  **Who are we looking for**** **

  We are looking for keen, conscientious, motivated people
with an eye for detail, who would like to become highly respected Cleaning Technicians.
 

Full training is given and you don’t require any
previous cleaning experience.  

Because we use our SET-Method, you simply follow
our ‘cleaning system’ to ensure perfect results, time-after-time. 

You would be working alongside some of the best
cleaning operatives in the area. The business is rapidly expanding as we take
on new customers daily and we need to add to our team of 45 Cleaning Technicians
to keep up pace with this growth.

- Willing to learn 
- Happy to put time and effort into learning new skills 
- Able to work to schedules and deadlines 
- Smart appearance  
- Friendly and personable 
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and put in a good day’s work – everyday  

**The Role**** **

- Driving or driven to locations throughout North Notts and Derbyshire 
- Following electronic schedules for cleaning tasks (part of the SET-Method process)  
- Making beds to 5\* hotel standards 
- Vacuuming, damp wiping, dusting, floor mopping and removal of cobwebs 
- Sanitising and cleaning washrooms and bathrooms to an exceptional standard 
- Inspecting and cleaning kitchens, including inside cupboards, fridges, cookers andmicrowaves, so they’re all immaculate  
- The ‘SET-Method’ stands for ‘Spotless Every Time’ and the elements above ensure we deliver on this promise to our customers  

**The ‘Cleaning Technician’ Package**** **

- Guaranteed minimum hours to suit you 
- Flexible working hours (16 to 40 hours per week) 
- Starting pay is £10.50 per hour to be reviewed six monthly 
- 30 days annual holiday
